Recently we had a follow up visit from your Kitchen Designer Mr Peter Bull. He designed our kitchen which was manufactured and installed by your firm. This visit by Peter gives me the opportunity to write to you and make you aware of how pleased we are with our new kitchen.
The workmanship and the finish is second to none of all the kitchens we have seen. Our dealings with Peter has left nothing to be desired. He has always been on time and he has kept any promises he made to us during the construction of the kitchen. We were impressed with his knowledge of kitchen design and his manner which was to listen to our ideas and make suggestions which at times were an improvement on our own thoughts.
He is a valuable employee.

Dear Peter and Brett,

I just wanted to say thank you!!

Thank you for your helpfulness, guidance, ideas, patience and most of all, our beautiful kitchen.

Peter was extremely helpful from the very first day we met him. Nothing was a hassle for him, even when we changed our minds so often on so many things!

We were unsure of everything; from colours, style and design right down to our budget until we had a few consultations with Peter to work out exactly what we wanted

His attention to detail certainly shows in our new kitchen; not only in looks but also in practicality.

Brett is a gentleman and was a wealth of knowledge in the installation process and ensured everything ran smoothly and on time. He organised experienced, friendly tradesmen to complete the kitchen.

Friends and family are blown away by the transformation that the kitchen makes on the whole house. It has taken a tired old kitchen and transformed it into a new vibrant one that can cope with the demands of my husband (a pastry chef) and my young family.

Our kitchen looks even better than what we could ever have imagined.

We are yet to redo the flooring through out the house; I can only hope the workmanship is of a similar standard.

Jacaranda Kitchens are a very friendly and professional company to do business with and I would certainly recommend them to any one considering taking the step to renovate their kitchen.

Danny, Brett and team

When we decided to put in a new kitchen, we were very keen to use local people.  This is something we think is important.  We priced ‘doing it ourselves’ as well as getting a quote from Jacaranda.  Jacaranda’s price was competitive. We also liked the lack of fuss and the straightforward way we could just go in and choose what we wanted; get advice on design and presentation; and obtain a price and a delivery date. We just got on with pulling out the old kitchen.

We were pretty excited to get our new kitchen and very pleased with the quality of materials and workmanship. The kitchen was delivered on time, fitted perfectly and the person who installed it did a wonderful job.

We are enjoying our new kitchen immensely.

We have just had our second kitchen and second custom vanity installed by Jacaranda Kitchens. 

I cannot speak highly enough of Danny and his team.  They listen to what you want then make it very easy to go through the process.  It is unusual in today’s climate to find such professionalism and such eagerness to please.  Both jobs they have done for us have been demanding, especially the custom vanities, but both jobs have been installed on time and with minimum fuss.

I know I said I would give a testimonial on the completion of my kitchen, but I am not that clever with words, so here goes, if it's not suitable please let me know.                                        
 
I have had the pleasure of having a new kitchen fitted by Jacaranda Kitchens.
Nothing was too much trouble if I needed changes made.
I am immensly pleased with the end product, getting rave comments from visitors and relatives alike.
The follow-up on completion was excellent which is a really pleasant surprise in this time of "don't care if it works or not".
All aspects from start to finish was beyond my expectation.

Now that Jacaranda's work is finished here, I would like to give some feedback:
 
I have been extremely happy with the projects overall.  The designer, Adam, came up with a kitchen plan that was considerably better than that given by the other kitchen supplier that quoted.  It is a design that definitely functions more efficiently while still being very visually pleasing.  I trusted him on the placement of my dishwasher which he assured me would work, and he was right, despite my having been very doubtful.
 
The project manager, Brett, was also very good to deal with.  The rival kitchen designer were not interested in my extra projects: a desk, and the fit-out of a wine cellar .  Jacaranda took on these taskes willingly, and did an excellent job, which is particularly impressive with regard to the challenging design of the cellar.  Brett handled any minor issues quickly and made sure I was completely happy with all the work performed.
 
The builder, Noel, did careful and exact work.  The electrician, Doug, was helpful and careful.  The plumber, Trent, I would not use again (however, if his past history is good, then he was just having a bad day at my house, which happens to the best of us).
 
I have already recommended Jacaranda to a friend who is renovating.

We are really happy with our kitchen and cabinetry from Jacaranda, it all looks fantastic. The expectation I had in both design and concept was delivered.  The whole design process was easy with the help of Ann who was excellent in guiding us in design and choice of finishes. Then with installation and finishing there were no problems or stress. Any follow up we needed was provided promptly and professionally. So I would highly recommend using Jacaranda Kitchens as the finished product is fantastic and the customer service is professional.

When it came time to renovate my kitchen, I had a good idea of what I wanted, but  finding a kitchen company to build it was a different story.  Then through word of mouth I came upon Jacaranda Kitchens.  

When Danny came out to look at the job, nothing was a problem - the relief we had of finally finding a kitchen company who could handle a difficult job was immeasurable.   

The whole process from working out the design and little details, to installation and finishing touches was easy.  Danny offered great advice and was a wonderful person to deal with.   Brett, who supervised our kitchen ensured everything went smoothly, tradesmen turned up when they should have and Brett kept me informed every step of the way.  This made the whole process for us, easy,fun and exciting!  After 20 years we were to get our dream kitchen!            

                                                                                                        
 
The end result is a kitchen that looks drop dead gorgeous and at the same time, functional, easy and organised to work in.   

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Danny, Brett, and all the staff for a fantastic job, we are so pleased with it, its beautiful and most importantly it works! You all went to so much trouble to make it perfect for us.  Thank you so much.
